The parking area is outside the hotel and is not supervised. The hotel accepts no responsibility whatsoever for theft or loss of the user's objects and/or property. The hotel also accepts no responsibility for any damage to the user's property or for any injury and/or other damage caused directly or indirectly by or as a result of the use of the parking lot, unless the damage is caused directly by hotel and/or parking lot staff.

If you have chosen a Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable rate, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation and will remain due in the event of a cancellation or change.
If the total cost of the reservation exceeds €1,000, the hotel reserves the right to request a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation.
This deposit will, of course, be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the check-in date. These cancellation policies apply to all rates, except for special rates that specify specific cancellation terms.
